A Comprehensive Logistics Site for Growing Semiconductor Materials Demands

In May 2025, NRS established NRS LOGIOS AMERICA INC. in Arizona, USA, as a new comprehensive logistics site. As well as responding to strong demand for logistics relating to chemical products – particularly those connected with semiconductors and battery materials – this new company provides a range of logistics functions as a one-stop service with the aim of optimizing customers’ supply chains. Together with NRS OCEAN LOGISTICS LTD. and NRS LOGISTICS AMERICA INC. of the NRS GROUP, NRS LOGIOS AMERICA INC. delivers optimized, high-quality logistics services.

The site is equipped with a temperature-controlled hazardous-material warehouse able to handle a range of chemicals, including flammable and corrosive substances used in semiconductor and battery manufacturing, in addition to a storage facility for high-pressure gases (including toxic gases) in ISO tank containers. Furthermore, plans are in place to construct a siding for rail transport at the site, enabling it to provide a one-stop logistics service encompassing storage and shipment at the desired temperature, international intermodal transport for import and export, and rail transportation. This will enable the site to offer a smooth modal shift for freight arriving from the west coast while also contributing to flexible service provision, enhanced international and domestic market access as a stock point, and a reduction in CO₂ emissions through environmentally-friendly rail transport.
